QUOTE(sotong168 @ Jun 8 2007, 06:08 PM) ok guys, need your advice in a scenario like this, How about issue a bank's cheque? For Maybank, it'll be RM5.if a person would like to transfer a sum of rm10k from Bank A to bank B over the counter (as he doesn't has online banking & current account, and he will meet Bank B officer in the end for other business talk), what would be the best & save way for the transaction: a) withdraw cash frm Bank A and bank-in to Bank B b) transfer over counter and pay the charges (btw, how much?) c) any other method and how much is the charges? thks~ |

QUOTE(DEz012 @ Jun 13 2007, 05:56 PM) Found out some info regarding withdrawn money from atm machine more than 5 times will charge Rm 0.50. The bank that you're referring to I assumed to be Maybank. If your account has less than Rm 5000, the bank will charge u Rm 0.50 after u exceed the 5 times withdrawn limit in a month. Just found out on the notice paste on the bank beside atm machine. Well, most of the Maybank ATM cardholders are aware of it. |

QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Jun 13 2007, 07:58 PM) Yeah. I suppose newspaper stated very long time ago. But, other bank like Public Bank doesn't charge after withdraw more than 5 times? Other banks usually charge an annual fee of RM 8 for the ATM they issued to you.So, it's either way but I still prefer Maybank's style. At least no need to pay annual fee and plan your withdrawal well. |

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Jul 25 2007, 05:39 PM) Well, I tried it, and it's pretty convenient. But I'm still waiting for GSC to implement twin seats booking also =) Hmm, just login to your maybank2u account, then enter your TAC, and viola, you're done. You'll need to keep the unique number, to collect your tickets at the counter later on at the cinema. Too bad that it's only available for 2 to 3 branches of GSC; i.e 1U and BTS. |

I got three of them; Maybank2u, PBebank and CIMBClicks.
I still think that Maybank2u is still the superior. |

Maybank2u TAC duration changed! Take note!
How does TAC work? . You must request for a TAC before you can do any transaction which requires TAC. . You will be required to enter a TAC in order to proceed with the transaction. . TAC will expire after 2 hours if you do not use it, upon request. Once it is activated, you may still use it for another 2 hours. You may perform several transactions with the same TAC. . If your TAC expires or you forget the 6-digit code, you must apply for a new one. This post has been edited by David83: Aug 15 2007, 08:45 PM |
