btw, i got a ps3 booklet from sony style and inside it says "HOME will be available in Malaysia Q3".

We are already in Q3. still no sign of HOME.

unless they can offer something like US Home, i wount be bothered

lets hope more..
if got psn HOME also.. will there be a good number of community users there?

A sales rep at sony style also told me that the new 160Gb & 320Gb Slim PS3 will only be available at the end of September. Most probably to coincide with the launch of PS Move in Malaysia.

If it's true, we can expect an almost deserted environment.
Anyway good effort by Sony to finally bring this locally.

Battle Fantasia by ArkSYS at MY ps store is priced at only RM58, compared to USD19.99 at US ps store which would cost you RM80 if you buy a USD20 psn card to purchase it.

Prices at MY ps store is now more reasonable compared to when it was first launched a year ago. New games like Shank, Death Spank & Earthworm Jim HD are much cheaper in MY PS store then in US store.

But still games like Tekken 5 DR (without discount) is still a bomb. But good job for the guys at Sony MY/HK to notice that we can't read jap.

Yeah, I was completely suprised when games like Dino Crisis, Resident Evil 1,2 & 3 was released in English at MY ps store.

I am also puzzled why old games like Trine is priced at RM83 compared to USD9.99 at US ps store.

Unless they bring more Eng version of PSP games, I m not tempted to buy anything from My PSN except for R3 DLC.

I don't own a psp so I don't know anything about psp games. But for ps3 games, what I did was to keep on complaining to SCE HK about all those jap games at MY ps store until they finally released some English version of games like Dino Crisis and Resident Evil that used to be only available in japanese at MY ps store. Heck, even Battle Fantasia that used to be japanese only is now available in English in MY ps store.

They are right. Some games like Secret of Monkey Island and Scott Pilgrimm are not in MY ps store because the developers don't want to sell it to Asia region or they don't have a publisher to sell their games here.

Have you noticed that all games made by EA can be easily found in MY ps store? that's because EA got a branch here in Singapore. So that's why any games published by EA like Shank and Death Spank can be bought in MY ps store.
