It is possible that the car park for LRT station is shared with JJ. So the station is either inside JJ or next to JJ lor ...  thumbup.gif
But it is also possible that JJ is going to be located at Jalil City and not next to awan besar LRT station.. hmm.gif
*
UFO-et said he has inside info that it will be build next to LRT and not inside jalil city. hmm.gif

Then it is not considered Ho Hup land.

Calvary is possibly one of the richest churches in Malaysia with HQ at Damansara Heights. There are many Tan Sri, Dato, public listed companies directors attending the chapel services there. With the new church + conventional center being built at BJ, these ppl may travel to BJ and with high likelihood that they will shop or chill out after the services in BJ.

i hope this will help you..
*
Why build at bukit jalil when they can build in damansara heights or bangsar which is nearer ? hmm.gif

OK...if the link road not on, how the ppl from bukit jalil (eg. greenfield, jalil damai, treez and etc) to drive/walk to station. And oso same stiuation for the Bukit OUG, Kiara resident and etc.

Dun forget the station is middle of the forest. It is no way the ppl go to take LRT without entrance.
*
The entrance could be in front of LRT station ie. jalan 1/155B facing west entrance.

It may not be connected to bukit oug road which is facing north entrance.

laugh.gif , U mean the gov only open the west entrance, where from jalan 1/155b until the STN01 and stop it. The connection to bukit oug maybe less than 50m they dun want to continue build it up.

IF like that, i think all the development beside the Bukit OUG condo can stop work oledi, no more value. The value of the new development definitely not worth 350-450psf, they still use the same access like Bukit OUG Condo/Townhouse go through Taman Tan Yew Lai and reacj jalan puchong.

We just look at the example of puncak jalil as a lesson. The flyover was never build as promised.

Unless they can put the road into black and white, i think there is still a risk.

Agreed! so long JJ comes to BJ (regardless the exact location), the property price shoud go up up!

it is hard to say about the access road. There are precedents that the road won't open up and left with 50meters e.g jalan 1/155B from BJ to OUG, took them years to open it even though it is completed long long time ago...

From my experience, usually there's some money involved when it is purposely delayed.

Last time, I applied for minor renovation, the authorities come up with so many excuses to delay the approval. shakehead.gif

i saw the LRT plan from a reliable source. The road will be connected from 1/155 to LRT station then to Bukit oug condo. Confirmed!
But i dun see JJ in the plan.....  rclxub.gif

They should build a direct road from bukit jalil highway to kesas via new LRT.

That will solve the horrific traffic jam in front of the TREEZ and jalil damai.

Ho hup always have problems completing their projects. I will be surprised if they can build the mall in 10 years time.

Building link house. only 40 over units by Melati Ehsan Group.
Location really so so. Being sandwiched between the Surau and low cost flat....

Being build next to a surau will ensure you wake up at 5:00 am in the morning.

Really bad location too, i heard a lot of thefts in the low cost flat nearby.

Are they 100% bumi lots ?

Ho Hup has an indication to price it +- 550/sf, but heard that Malton may price theirs at  least 700/sf
*
Not many people can afford these prices. Is bukit jalil another bangsar in the making ?

Why malton condos more expensive than ho hup ? hmm.gif

IMHO, Malton's product would not cheaper than HH ... Btw, do HH got any track record building highrise? But HH product seems ... hmm, not welcome able ...
Ho Hup was the developer for Sri Rakyat (low cost) and Jalil damai , both in bukit jalil.
