The thing about MV is because it is located in the middle of PJ-KL, PJ-Cheras, Ampang-Subang and by the side of Federal Highway - which is the main contributor!

MV is also the place for many outstation people like Perakian and Johorean when stopover KL.

- Ho Hup is planning to add another one or two sovo/soho blocks

5-acre = Pure residential
- Ho Hup is planning to build about 3-4 tower service apartment blocks here
