No way anyone from PJ or KL center will drive to Putrajaya just to shop lar. That's way too far. Bukit Jalil is half the distance from the high density areas such as PJ /KL to Putrajaya.

Only people who work or stay in Putrajaya will shop there so expect neighbourhood mall grade only. Different target segment lar, you know the sort of demographic in that area also. Mainly government servants with limited purchasing power.

1. If  you are an agent, why do you want to pretend as a buyer?

which might jeopardize the interest of the buyer in the future.
As at now, selling Highrise project needs extra ordinary precaution and alert, any wrong step may cause severe outcome.
Iskandar, Cyberjaya, Pantai / Bangsar, MK, BJ etc must be careful I won't simply recommend

Bukit Jalil able to surpass Mont Kiara and Bangsar??? One can only hope!!! This makes me super excited as someone already vested in Bukit Jalil.

Largest mall in a single wing lar, which is the truth. Smart marketing though probably with asterisk ***under one roof*** in very small font lol. But size not everything lar.  Interior design, open space, high ceiling, classy Al fresco area etc all equally important. Hope Malton can deliver on those too.
