NAND is the technology use toward most of today RAM mah... those XOR tech is expensive, those DDR2, DDR3 come cheap because of lots of company mass produce those cheap "NAND Type" RAM... correct me if i'm wrong 

hehe, that detail I also donno loh... I only read through my company news letter last time regarding they're starting to produce for NAND type of RAM and huha a lots about how good it is toward big cap memory module... 

actually i kept quiet..i am still rather confused...so there's no such thing as NAND RAM right? since from what i read NAND is stores sequentially, not random access

Fail. Virtual memory is an emulation of RAM not RAM.

Then you should start by example and stop going into every Symbian Specific Phone threads and tell them their phone don't have NAND RAM. Why now only use virtual memory.

that's true for most people, but in computing world we are strict in what the specific term mean and what does it describe. and there is no such thing as NAND RAM
