best board to OC my e4500 around 300bux +-?

An abit IP35-E is not bad... Its only RM285 from Robyn Computer. A good overclocking board but lax some features like auto CMOS recovery...

1.632Vcore? I believe you don't need that much for a 4Ghz biggrin.gif
*
Hmm... It's bootable with 1.5xxV but its unstable. Even with 1.6425vcore set in BIOS its still unstable. What's your results for E8200?

I don't think your 450W is enough... Try getting 550W and above.

so how about silverstone ST56F? got any nice psu recommend?
and one more question,y my othos detect my proc at 4.75GHz but i only oc to 4GHz only.and everyone come c my cpu temperature,3 program display different temperature for me.which one is correct?
*
Use RealTemp to detect the most accurate temp considered by many. ST56F is not a bad choice... As for your ORTHOS, ORTHOS always detect the speed at max multiplier.

Which temp reader are you using? Try using RealTemp then it will show 10'C lower which is the assumed correct temp for 45nm processors...

3.4cm? I guess that's the same height with GA-P35-DS3, measured its height once and its 3.4cm as well and S1283 fits on it.
