last time 4.12 beta still can play youtube right

Bought an Eaget M6 from your dealer in Digital Mall few hours ago.

Eaget M6 -> HDMI -> Panasonic TH-42PY800H Full HD Plasma. Specs for TV -> http://asia.cnet.com/reviews/home_av/tvs/0...3414296p,00.htm

When I set to 1080p 50hz/60hz, artifacts will appear on the screen. Tried plugging in to 3 available HDMI slots but the outcome still the same, ARTIFACTS appeared. If I use settings other than 1080p, everything will appear great on-screen.

I did not try another HDMI cable because I have only one HDMI cable that comes with Eaget M6.

Please advise.

check ur HDMI Cable connection.
or try at other LCD

Tested at your dealer's LCD using their HDMI cable running M6 initial setup on 1080p output no issue.

I do not have other HDMi cable. Can exchange HDMI cable at your dealer?

What is the usual culprit for artifacts?

wat about u test ur cable at their side.
if it is accessories problem then i think they no problem exchange with u.
