Eaget X5 can flash to 3rd party firmware?btw,what is 3rd party firmware??

Eaget X5 no have network function.
custom firmware for 1073D chipset only.

so u meant X6 and M850 hav network function?how it connect to internet?

Guys...this looks like an affordable player...but is it good? How is files compatibility? Remote control sensitive or not? Must it point very near unit in straight line only can work? I am a bit phobia about China brand players, coz have 2 previously....

Is the WIFI any good?

i have just bought the x5 yesterday.

My unit have problem reading file from my 3.5" WD My Book 1 TB external HDD. It keep saying no media file.

The unit is able to read thumbdrive and 2.5" external HDD.

Is the X5 able to support for external 3.5" hdd?

Is ur hard disk FAT32 or NTFS? Sometimes NTFS is not supported...

When the H5 and M880 III coming please.
I have waiting it too long.

Eaget M6 , M8 come with network port, and support wifi dongle.
Eaget X5, M850 not support network.
please have clearer mind that the Eaget not a computer, it cannot surf net, it only go to the IMS software like xunleikankan and etc to watch the movie online.
but it is not guarantee one and not guarantee can work every seconds because it is 3rd party software.

suggest u take M6 player, more and more firmware to support it now. the remote control very high class and very sensitive.
china player- cheap one with cheap quality of coz will dissapointed u, i had tested alot cheap player in the market.


H5 maybe december, but cost too high, we will thinking again to carry in or nto.
M880 III sample unit only available after february, still got long time to released.

Thank! so it mean that this new year, there are not any new product.... so sad.

upgraded the new firmware of my M6. Now i can rename the file and folder. It is a good player indeed..

Does anyone know how much is the selling price for the Eaget M880 III Gen? Does this Realtek really can support and bitstream 7.1 and Dolby True HD and DTS HD MA audio thru HDMi?

Not too sure, i downloaded from the eaget website.

it should be able to read fat32 or NTFS ma.
i have another media player (noontech and imation) also can read the file from my 3.5" 1tb external drive.
but my x5 is unable to read the file.

M6 now is hot selling still !

M6 can wait for next official firmware, official latest is 4.09
for custom firmware we got 1.4.3 now, those who are stilll using custom firmware can flash 1.4.3, later i will upload at first post.
when Official firmware come out new version, then custom firmware users also can flash to that.

Eaget M880 III not yet available (sample also no have), maybe after CNY.
M850 also can support the same thing.

at the moment not yet. next firmware will be M6 first, then m8 next.


if u want recording then take 1283. if just want watch full hd + online streaming then take M6.
