The autoclutch screw can be adjusted.

For manual clutch, what EO you use? It happens to me when move to semi-syn & fully syn on my RGV. I'm gonna try RM10 mineral EO next time and see how that goes. In my case, gear shifting become easier when engine warm up properly. In some cases, it becomes more difficult. This is assuming nothing wrong with the gears.

Ask you guys, when switch gear, do you just tap the gear lightly and kinda wait for the gear to shift in by itself, like spring loaded mechanism, or you step it in? I used to be able to do that on RGV, but now cannot, because of the above...

Convert AC to MC is changing the clutch housing, clutch plate only. How much it cost you? Can share?

no la.. she no support.. she assumed that is better to use money to buy the bike instead of mod lc.. but if i really buy.. she chop off my head.. where got gal like guy spend money on bike.. they spend on clothes n go kai kai can la.. >.<

when u start moving from a stop. then u plan on dragging n speeding then I need to rev the bike ma, then it can go like 40,80,110,140-150.. but when it comes to a stop or short moment stop for example traffic light.. then of coz i need to change from gear 4 to gear 1.. then I pull a little throttle the bike like F! noob like engine hard to move the bike.. so I was wondering if change CDI n exhaust will fix this or not. Coz I found that SS won't have this problem at least my mom's lc.

tht's mean u only want mod on other parts than touch engine. than can go 4 cdi exhaust booster

I think different ba... see this.. Original Yoshimura Pipe... their manifold are smaller than NBH want.. just start big near muffler there...

about NOB1 Triovale.. need to wait my insurance $$ out.. then if my sales success... hohoho.. Royal Purple 1st..

TS125 carb is a Suzuki 2-stroke carb.

TS125: VM24SS Bore x stroke: 56x50
125Z: VM22SS Bore x stroke 53.8x54.7
RGV: VM20SS Bore x Stroke 56x40

I'm considering changing to this carb liao...
From the borexstroke, can see 125z has more potential to mod, using bigger bore. RGV cannot liao, unless change crankshaft...

eh.. rgv original bore is 56mm ka..? so big mh..? and the stroke is too small to cope with bigger bore izzit..? is that wat u mean..?

That's the design loh, i donno also. But this engine low end torque is poor, compensated by a long exhaust chamber. If change to racing exhaust, short and fat, the acceleration will suffer liao, but once reach high RPM, comes the tiger liao.

true.. my fren wan rgv.. accel beh fight.. but once high rpm.. power like vtec comes at u.. until u got scared..for 1st time rider la.. if ride more.. won't feel the pinch ade..
