Personally I like my clutch disengaged when the clutch lever touches my 4th & 5th finger, when pulling clutch lever with 2nd & 3rd finger.

about the clutch hor.. last time jeff change the screw or something on kelvin's bike.. and it turns out that.. when he set it to straight release clutch straight move.. the gearing wanna switch to N is super duper hard.. it wont enter N wan.. LOL..

then later beh syok liao.. kelvin say do back le.. to old type.. haha.. release till like 3/4 clutch..then enter to N became easier.. just soft tap.. go N d..

0.7854 × 5.4 × 5.4 × 4.95 = 113.4cc


0.7854 is constant..

5.4 = 54.0mm bore..

4.95 = 49.5mm stroke..

this is example i get to count zelk's motor.. but shud be inaccurate..cause his stroke shud be more already..


this is LC's stock.

0.7854 × 5.4 × 5.4 × 5.87 = 134.4


P.S. if ur bike got 2 cylinder.. after u calculate the cc d.. remember to ×2. for 4 cylinder.. ×4.

example..

this is kawasaki 250r spec..

0.7854 × 6.2 × 6.2 × 4.12 = 124.4cc

then cause got 2 cylinder = 124.4 × 2 = 248.8cc

Added on September 24, 2010, 1:56 pmi check ade.. the site is very easy to use.. just key in ur bore and stroke straight.. and set it to mm instead of inches.. then direct press calculate.. haha..

but if u wan calculate urself.. just use the formula i gave u.. =)
