in all honesty i did expect the mancs to win this match but the manner of how they won just leaves me gutted..to come back from 2 goals down when we were piss poor and to conceed another goal minutes later.
You got to wonder what happened to our defense it was pretty non-existant tragically, and everytime MU pressed us up high, we hoofed the ball we have a ball playing CB in Agger but he's getting wasted on the bench or getting shunted to the left. you cant put square pegs in round hole Roy. Ill still support him but for the love of god grow a pair and be more positive from this match onwards At least he brought in Ngog for Maxi who had an appaling match.Time to give Babel a run in the team Now our next 5 matches before Chelsea are against may i say lower class opposition funny since this coming from a supporter that supports a fast becoming lower class team. Lets see how it goes and our play improves for the better and say what you want about Gerrard but Ive made my mind about him. What a legend and it would be criminal for him not to get a BPL title which would be impossible he if still remains at Liverpool. His legacy will remain intact if he ever decides to leave LiverpoolFC for another BPL club just off topic, had massive fun in Somo glad to see many fellow Reds coming together for this match. was smashed by the end of the match.hope to see many of you guys attending the next viewing as well! |

QUOTE(lilredridinghood @ Sep 23 2010, 04:28 PM) The funny thing is that I have always been that way as well, and I am surprised by my lack of confidence towards Roy, oh well.... Funny isnt to have a manager who would rather keep his interests rather than his players or clubs interest? Hodgson was brought in I believe for fact now a yes man. We are hemorrhaging players after players every season and yet not PROPER like to like replacements.Times and managers like we have currently makes you appreciate that cute Fat Spanish Waiter that we had for 6 seasons. he truly lived and breathed the club. shows he did much much more than putting a bunch of players on the field to get results week in week out We could have had Manuel Pellegrini and he was interested in the job but the board preferred an English Manager this was according to Pellegrini himself, Pellegrini would have been a good fit to manage Liverpool, He had Villarreal playing absolute fantastic football a few season ago and Madrid as well. You'd wonder what he could have done given the chance. |

EMAIL TEMPLATE: Dear Sirs, If your company agrees a £280million refinancing deal with Tom Hicks to retain his share in Liverpool Football Club, then the only return that you will see on your investment is bad publicity and a severe backlash from Liverpool supporters worldwide. As you are aware, Hicks is trying to refinance his debt to the Royal Bank of Scotland before October 6th so that he can continue his disastrous ownership of Liverpool Football Club. You are facing an energized, well-informed mass of Liverpool fans from around the world. We are tapped into a constant stream of information on the ownership situation. Every day, dozens of web forums buzz with the latest news. Protest marches, newspaper ads, boycotts and billboards are organized. Every move Hicks makes is scrutinized. And every associate of his is warned. Refinancing is our nightmare scenario. Anybody who helps Tom Hicks refinance will become our primary target. Just ask the Blackstone Group / GSO Capital Partners who received approximately 7,000 emails in the space of a few days from disgruntled Liverpool fans following refinancing talks with Hicks. They soon saw sense and ended negotiations with Hicks after Liverpool supporters bombarded them with emails and phone calls. The Sun Newspaper is another organisation who have felt the wrath of Liverpool fans following their disgraceful coverage of the Hillsborough Disaster in 1989. The boycott of the newspaper by Liverpool fans is said to have cost News International an estimated £10 million a year. If you join Tom Hicks in raping and pillaging Liverpool Football Club, then you will be making a very powerful enemy. You have been warned. Yours faithfully, KOP FAITHFUL |
