I got my c7 replacement unit already. sweet. then i update the firmware/software through ovi, everything went fine then after restart, it only shows white screen display. tried pull off and insert the battery still nothing happens. any advice?

Only two possibility either the OS crash or like the previous problem cause it to stuck at startup memory card or simcard

anyone know how to hard reset c7? tried vol down+menu+camera and power button, it did not work

Leo,
Hard reset works. But for your case, if your firmware update gone bad, then different story. Just like those with dead SGS. If your bootloader is gone, it aint gonna detect the hard reset keys. This post has been edited by andrekua: Feb 26 2011, 08:41 PM |
