May i ask how to create an ext2 or ext3 partition in sd card?

Some of ROM flashing guides recommned to do partition after flashing ROM, does it need to do the partition step everytime flashing a different rom? Or it need to be done only for the first time flashing?

How you guys create an ext3 partition?using ROM Manager or do it in recovery mode or...? How to check if the partition is ext2 or ext3?

Sorry for the noob questions.

A few pages back someone mention about ext2 and ext3 partition, so does the ROM manager create ext3 partition?

By using Quick System info, can it show us whether it is actually an ext3 partition?

After flashing to any custom ROM, do you guys still have the htc default "stocks" app after restore the data apps by using MyBackup or titanium backup?

I have backup all the apps and data using titanium backup and mybackup.
I know that nextsense rom removes Teeter, Stock, Plurk & others.
So after flashing into auratsense 7.1, i wish to restore back the Stock(market share) app.
But i fail to restore it using titanium backup, and mybackup does not shows that it is available for restore.

Anyone encounter this problem?

Anyone has HTC Stock apps that can be installed on AuraTSense 7.1?
I try to install it by extracting the Stock.apk from other custom rooms but still no luck, it shows "Application not installed" during installation.

I installed it but still failed. What should i do on the .odex file?

I am currenty on AuraTSense 7.1, when i enable usb tethering after connecting to pc, the internet connection straight away get disconnected. Does any1 facing the same problem?
