what year is your car? if your car is below 2003 then you will solve by updating new firmware to the ecu and perform calibration on all the sensors. Threebond will clean the intake better. Get more info from Elton, i think this is very common problem which we have solve many Waja from this issue.

All inside my car is STOCK just added the siput, Proper E-manage setup + Proper ECU reflash and not too big Injector which will flood the cylinder since it is just 1.6cc.... Just simple as that... hardly feel the G-Force because the absorber setup absorb all the force. The torque improve quite alot which is 270++ nm if not mistaken..

PadeGP was right about the oil squirter. on standard turbo engine, there is an oil squirter mounted to the block which help to lubricate / cool down the piston area (might require a better oil pump). this one become more useful when the engine was "bot'ed", where the piston have to run a lot more faster compare to without bot.
but since you mentioned about the usage of lower 240cc injector and also the relatively low boost, more or less, it could help in prolonged the lifespan of the internal engine parts. this explained why your stock gasket still able to handle the increased in power. job well done, steven 

btw, i've seen a  "bot'ed" 4g18p and also campro engine with boost up to 0.7bar. but without proper forging, pnp and  some custom job, engine could not last more than 2 years without rebuild.
