List of item i've can think off now... anything else missing?

GSR intercooler (not sure if can fit nicely or not tongue.gif seems tight)
Emanage Blue / SAFC
Garrett AR80 (but as far as i read not all AR80 is the same...) <-- got internal wastegate one ar?
Manifold custom
Plastic OEM blow Valve <-- any other options ar? this thing look like no confident laugh.gif
2" Wai Heng Exhaust <-- 2" enuff?
Boost Meter ala Jasma <-- Any other choice?
390cc gsr injector - (waja std - 210cc) <-- online there is an injector size calc. seems tht 210 not enuff big...

you'll prolly need a 2.5 exhaust, boostmeter autogauge also not bad.

Added on January 11, 2011, 10:41 pmexternal wastegate is a good thing...
My setup is with an s-flow behind with a low end. And I was using an internal wastegate aka actuator. So, when the actuator opens, excess pressure/boost goes out into the exhaust pipe along with the gas that comes out from the turbine itself. Suffocating abit since s-flow

So, with an external wastegate, excess boost goes straight into atmosphere, and the gas that comes out from the turbine and engine is not disturbed, giving it more space to flow out.

Hope u guys understand what i mean.

This way, i get both efficiency, low end, and abit of top-end as well

i didnt know there'd s Left and Right side for that anti-roll bar link, cause the bottom joint is flexible, and the top is logically round?

yes. once you use the boost controller for the external wastegate, you can totally disable the onternal wastegate dy.

As for my car, I have a wastegate rated at 1.0bar. In that case, I do not have a boost controller. Wastegate opens at 1bar flat

same thing leh...

Added on January 12, 2011, 10:30 amwastegate internal or external same function, so the boost controller can be used to work on either one.

And try to get an electronic boost controller aka EBC, compared to a manual one aka MBC coz MBC may make your boost come in a lil slower.

ya, ebc u got HKS EVC 1,2,3,4,5 until duno how many
Blitz got SBC
Greddy got Profec-b

big no-no to manual ones... boost goes up too slow as it works by delaying air that goes into the wastegate

heatshield will be better to shield heat thats emitted from the exhaust manifold, especially when it is very very close to the radiator.
