imho the property value wont be going up too fast as it is an old condo and still didnt get strata yet so hard to get loan. there is few shortcomings but overall the environment is very nice. if plan to buy for rental, i think a bit hard. but if for own stay its great place to be. the Chinese school a bit annoying though cause many many many inconsiderate parents block both sides of the road. normally around 3-4 lane road become 2 lane. and fking can stop in middle of interesection to drop off/pick up kids. normally if head home during school end time i make big roundabout way home. to avoid the school

families mostly. more locals than foreigners. jmb is ok. not the best but ok. maintenance around 20-25 sen.

dunno. but the high rise ones have a weird shape. and some of the poolside lowrise because i think they dont get much sun at all.
