Unlikely ... OCBC is well known to be tight on their approving criteria.
You need to use alternative method to get approval ... e.g. Pledge FD as collateral.

Many of us do not think CIMB WMC is the best cc in the market. As you are so tempted and fall for this card, just go for it. You may reapply for it a few months later. They have your data in their computer system showing the rejection, so it is not advisable to apply again within a short period. Next time, you may consider applying for DA WMC and they will generally welcome you if you can give them a copy of your degree certificate. Good luck.
Normally autopay for TNB will take effect within a month if you apply for it at Kedai Tenaga.

want to call the Customer Service yet because I just submitted my application and don't want to waste too much $ on
phone calls since I already spent some $ on phone calls for OCBC Titanium card that was approved recently.

I hold a citibank gold card before, nothing special except for travel insurance, and I hardly utilise their privilege. In my opinion, clear card offer is better than gold card, eg: movie ticket buy 1 free 1 etc etc.

If the bank deems it as an upgrade of cc, the finance charge interest rate tier is most likely to be maintained. At least it is true in my case. I got my DA Gold upgraded to DA Plat with interest rate tier unchanged.
