For OCBC Titanium, when use it in Singapore is it comparable to paying by cash (currency exchange, admin charges & 1% rebate)? Are we eligible to OCBC promotions/discounts in SG?

Hi all, I swiped around 3.3k last month, but from my latest statement, I get 5% rebate = RM31, while 1% rebate = RM20.
I'm sure one of my transaction at 2.5k is 1% only, but I only get RM20 only? Need to call CS and clarify the details? |
