Do u mind calling OCBC Hotline to inquire your card application status? only if you dont mind... sweat.gif
I doubt the accuracy of OCBC Automated Service.

I called it 2 weeks ago and system says its approved. I also got a call from OCBC on 13th Sept telling me my card application is approved and I'll receive my card soon...

Hi all, I made an online purchase using my Amex and got a call from 03-27727500 to verify my transaction, is this a valid number from MBB/Amex?

For OCBC Titanium, when use it in Singapore is it comparable to paying by cash (currency exchange, admin charges & 1% rebate)? Are we eligible to OCBC promotions/discounts in SG?

Thanks.

Yes ... you will be eligible for the promotions / discounts in SG. The only I can think of you won't have access to is the EPP.
Using credit card will be marginally higher but you'll be rewarded with rebates and you don't have to carry cash around.

Thanks hye. So even after 1% rebate, using credit card still a lil bit higher than paying by cash right? Maybe should use only when there are promotions/rebates for OCBC cards tongue.gif

Hi all, is it we cannot pay OCBC credit cards via CIMB? I tried to search under bill payment - credit/debit cards but do not see OCBC there...

It's not a bill payment lar, my friend.
It's an IBG. Go to Transfer fund to other banks.

Should use Interbank Fund Transfer instead right?
*
Thanks for reply. Let me try again tomorrow then.
Pardon me cause I never pay CC bills online before sweat.gif

You still have 8 minutes to complete your IBG.
CIMB Clicks is OFF from 11.45pm to 1am.
*
Its ok, I just trying to see how it works first. Then only pay it when I get my statement.
So I'll use IBG transfer to OCBC and my card number right?

Hi all, I swiped around 3.3k last month, but from my latest statement, I get 5% rebate = RM31, while 1% rebate = RM20.
I'm sure one of my transaction at 2.5k is 1% only, but I only get RM20 only? Need to call CS and clarify the details?

OCBC's 1% Cash Rebate is capped at RM20 (from Sep to Dec 2010)

Thanks Ronnie. Just recheck again and able to match my actual rebates with my calculated rebates...

I'm happy, at least my first month's rebate is able to offset GST...

Thanks bro. Hope my upcoming spending in Singapore can get 5% rebates too, at least after conversion + admin charge I feel should be cheaper then other cards...
