Yes but not Visa Wave cards. Visa or Mastercard using conventional swipe method.

For contact-less mode, only PayPass.

Is this PayPass cc only for purchases under RM110?
*
Yes. There's a max cap for it. Should be either RM 110 or 120.

Is there a min amount we need to spend for conventional swipe method ?
*
The min amount is usually imposed by merchant due to the bank charge that they need to absorb. Not by the bank.

Nowadays... Platinum is as common as Gold... as long as the card offers the best bang for your buck, that's the best card to me.

You want privileges. Go for Visa Infinite or World Mastercard. blush.gif

My DA card is about due for GST. I asked for an upgrade from Gold to Platinum, without producing any proof of income. And the bank approved!
*
If you're frequent user of DA, I don't think they cannot upgrade that. DA is quite lenient in offering their Platinum.

As previously mentioned many times before by seniors here, it is not an issue with SCB as no other banks will entertain your request as well since you are already having total credit limit in excess of RM10K in totality, which far exceeded your income of RM3K. The only solution is to cancel all your cards and concentrate on one or placed an FD secured card, then the limit will not be affected that much by your earnings.

Seriously, if you are not earning that much, a high credit limit will only be a liability and nothing to shout about  sad.gif

Is there any particular merchant which are tied to OCBC titanium card for the cash back? Eg: shell, maxis and etc?
*
Why are you worried about this? A more general collaboration offers wider choices of selection; for instance, the cash back for petrol doesn't restrict on certain brand of petrol.

So OCBC titanium is better than citibank-giant, citibank- shell, RHB-tesco.........
You have your freedom to go any hypermarket or petrol station...
*
Of course since they didn't mention specifically which merchant needs to be patronized.

Thanks for your information. I never reloaded my TnG at any petrol station but only toll booths.
*
Toll booth doesn't accept CC.

Petrol stations charge 50 cents for each reload. If you reload RM 250, you need to do it twice.

Maybank ATM also charge 50 cents.

Therefore, I prefer to top up at KL Sentral T&G Centre with CC without no charge imposed.

The PLUS office at Sg Besi, heading from south, does accept creditcards.

I heard Tmn Desa one also accept CC. Was that a T&G centre or PLUS/highway office?

Usually they use courier service. Snail mail is not safe and cannot be tracked.
