rm68 package, rite?

ah, finally found the right thread to complain about celcom broadband!

ok here's my story:
1. registered celcom xpax2 on monday night (10 oct) at celcom blue cube, wangsa walk
2. subscribed to RM18 weekly broadband plan on tuesday (11 oct) during lunch time
3. since tuesday until now....all i got was GPRS (and sometimes EDGE) connection! WTF??

so here's the real story:
1. today, when i accessed *118# to check the broadband coverage (i was at jalan batai, near HP towers in damansara heights), the result for broadband connection in jalan batai was:
GPRS - yes
3G - no
HSDPA - no

2. then, when i specified the location (my hometown in taman melawati, specifically around pejabat pos taman melawati), the broadband coverage result in pejabat pos area was:
GPRS - yes
3G - yes
HSDPA - yes
but when i reached taman melawati and went around the area (pejabat pos), all i got was GPRS and EDGE!

3. finally, just to check what is the connection in my house (taman melawati) and i got the same result as jalan batai's result.....only GPRS! and sometimes EGDE....

and another REAL story:

1. when i used digi broadband (digi is my primary number, xpax is just backup due to my digi's number problem...sigh), all i got was HSDPA, all the time! when i accessed internet at my office (HP towers, damansara heights) and at home using digi, it was HSDPA all the way! but when i used celcom xpax2 3G connection whatever, it was GPRS all the way (both at my home and office)!

2. WTF WITH YOUR BROADBAND COVERAGE CELCOM????!!!! claimed ur xpax can access 3G and 3.5G.....!@#$%$^^&

settings problem?
i don't think so bcoz for my digi, i just put in my digi SIM card into my HTC wildfire S and next thing u know, HSDPA all the way! everywhere!
same goes to my xpax2, same method but all i got was GPRS.

my xpax is 3G X2 aka xpax2.
when i checked my balance, stated there "tariff plan 3G X2".

but in terms of calls (incoming/call-out), sms and mms, celcom has no problem.

U use celcom but the connect manager that u use is maxis,can ah?what modem u using

definitely u need to demand for the compensate,. LOL

same problem here.
i'm using weekly prepaid.
my subscription should already expired (for this week).
but until today still able to connect. just that will same prob as yours.

the weird thing, last nite i tried to reload, all message in my inbox and outbox gone.
when i tried to top-up no message whether success or fail.
now, totally no idea what to do.

any advice guys?
