something is wrong with my celcom, every few minutes there will be no data coming through for like 30s then after it'll be ok for a few mins then problem come again. it deos not disconnect...just no data coming in or going out and i'll get "Connection has timed out" when browsing. started like a week ago, anyone experiencing this?

Bro , i got the same symptoms w u .. refer my post above
Its very irritating , i give up maxisbb last week because it's acting like this ... and now celcom also the same prob .
I did ask him , did anybody report the same problem ... he reply 'No' ..hmm

bro , which area r u ?

did maxis user hv same problem ?

i am planning to get a celcom broadband monthly plan...can i just subscribe it for 3 months only because my internet connection in my campus is so slow..one more thing what type of sim card does this broadband use..can it be used with ipad??

i wrote a long love letter to celcom yesterday , never got the feedback yet . but seem like the connection today more stable and sustain its speed . here's speedtest for today (if not by the time want to click 'Begin Test' once it finished dw , connection failed edi Duhh .. )

it was ok in the morning yesterday, then afternoon it turned to shit again.

lets see what happens today, speed right now is ok.

btw, that new throttle speed at 64k is ridiculous. i'm seriously considering canceling already and switch to Digi or something.

Well , i got an email reply fr celcom asking specific details of connection problem i'm having . Also just now , received a call fr Celcom HQ .. informing that the complaint been forwarded to Eastern celcom to take action .
huh , these day hv to use title then only can make it done faster , if not they only think i'm just another kampung boy who mess up w their business .

See how it goes

no possibiility of video skype? the upload is pathetic!

I'm on Celcom 68rm package, 512k down is okay, but the upload (whether youtube, facebook, anything) is snail!!!!

i wanna upgrade to 98rm package see if upload improves.

i read somewhere that i can get 50K/s (512kb/s upload) with the rm 98 package>?

i dont think so,if u wan to have nice upload speed,i would suggest u to subscribe maxis broadband.Maxis broadband offers HSPA meanwhile celcom and digi only have HSDPA

Now to see if my RM 100 celcom-vodafone broadband stick is compatible with maxis broadband.

i have a tp-link router (with USB) so hope the dialer is smart enough tongue.gif

Maxis or Celcom same problem, now I uses P1 and Yes.
