bro never happened la, unless you have;

1. outstanding bills from previous months
2. you've exceeded your credit limit (usually happens if you're bundled with voice plans in which your total monthly will be variable based from usages especially on roaming usages)
3. sometimes they do sent some friendly reminders to ask customer to pay their bills to avoid congestions in their branches or agents, especially oncoming long public holiday (nanti customers complaint pulak nak bayar pun susah doh.gif . not specifically to say you need to pay on that time

i'm not biased but other operators are also doing the same treatment to their customers, in different approaches. trust me on this wink.gif

usually changes requested from customer especially when it involves changes on rates or montly package value requires written consent from customer itself. bear in mind that they are implementing it to protect your rights as the owner of that account (legallity). there are some instances whereby changes was requested by third party without consent from the rightful owner. they want to avoid this kind of scenario

saya dah jadi mcm celcom's customer service pulak nih hehehe brows.gif

are you using autodebit facilities? if yes, it should be no problem as mine i'm using it and automatically bills will be deducted from my credit card
another options is either you can remember you bill cycle every month so that you can make payments 5 days after it or sign-up for online customer service, bills can be viewed & printed as well as payment can be made there too.

hey,i want to ask a question,im a subscriber for 68 plan.i started to subscribe it during last july.now i heard the volume quota has been downgraded to 3gb.is it applied to me as well or just to new subscriber?
*
when did you register your plan? recently Celcom have changed 68 plan offerings, new plan is with new speed of 512kbps (up to and on best effort basis) with 3GB FUP while for the existing customers (before the changes made) enjoys new speed as mentioned but maintained the 5GB FUP

call customer service and they will clarify on the matter

can ensure that existing customers before the upgrade is 5GB limit...coz my fren newly registered list 3GB limit on their FUP list...

and so much for double standard, and some people kinda ranted on these issues

so expensive bandwidth charges, if need increment...
