D68, but line totally unusable, most of the time...zzz
and charging people so much already, can't they make someone's life easier by providing opt-out from paper bill online??? this one have to go to their sial center and fill a form? wtf la...are they still in the 90's?
usually changes requested from customer especially when it involves changes on rates or montly package value requires written consent from customer itself. bear in mind that they are implementing it to protect your rights as the owner of that account (legallity). there are some instances whereby changes was requested by third party without consent from the rightful owner. they want to avoid this kind of scenario

actually bro i use credit card to pay the bills . they always hantar the bill lambat . and sampai dah bayar . dorang tagih actually dah bayar . kinda stupid la celcom ni . wish i could change to different broadband but i cannot cause some difficulties
saya dah jadi mcm celcom's customer service pulak nih hehehe
are you using autodebit facilities? if yes, it should be no problem as mine i'm using it and automatically bills will be deducted from my credit card
another options is either you can remember you bill cycle every month so that you can make payments 5 days after it or sign-up for online customer service, bills can be viewed & printed as well as payment can be made there too.
