nice link, simple yet informative

do lots of body weight exercise, if u can't do ten / even 1
start of slow, push up do various type, pull up / chin up (if you can, its goood) and squats ,there are other body weight exercises available
see which suites you best at 1st, then do add varieties
jog eat well and if you can try jump rope
