I have a really dumb, but frustrating problem which I am unable to solve.

Previously everything was working fine, until recently when I am not able to set it in a way that when I access one sms thread, it will show me the oldest sms instead of the latest sms. I cannot seem to find any option to sort it accordingly.

For your information I am using HTC Legend running OS2.1 UPdate1. No hack, no root.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ps - I have also done a reset this morning but still the same. But the reset solved my contacts-facebook integration error

You're using the stock messaging or some apps ?

It's a bug in the 2.1 update 1 firmware. I don't think there's a way to fix it. Use other sms app like handcent or chomp sms.

froyo 2.2 have fixed the sorting issue when replying to an sms in the same min the sms received.

I am using the standard SMS app which came with the phone.

If I am not mistaken, I notice this problem after I updated UPDATE1.. so i guess it's the problem with the update.

Will use other sms apps instead then.
