Suddenly got some thinking. Why the Z don't have shoplot or retail offices, while the zest got? It should be a good point that people can find food easily or shop around. Any advise? Tx

Thanks twincharger07, btw what is diff between residential and commercial land? If the z residence ppl want to find food, need to drive all the way to OUG/sri petaling? That is not a good idea.

Here is the complaint..aih..z residence..6000 units of bukit oug behind..can this tanah tahan this density (ZR, seedz, kiara1&2, bukit oug).
