wow, thing not going good for Z now days,  27 July is hearing of the faith of Z Residence, wit DBKL, i think the guy wit Green sport car step on some 1 tail this time,

KR phase 1 - look like on schedule, site is clear and ready to proceed with piling.

KR phase 2 is also ready to launch, the site being clear by the lrt contractor, the Bukit OUG Condo Residence no problem with the development.

As for The Seeds - they only want to launch next year.

Lets hope the out come for the 27 July hearing is turn better to Z Residence since the stop work order is imposed to them this week.

when i read about the statement "most of the developer separate the carpark price from the housing loan" this make me check around who are the developer doing it,

The Treez, KM1, KR Ph 1, is confirmed only 1 loan agreement.

This make me agree wit the above statement - Developer want to get fast money -

This will result on early release on the $$ to developer even before they construct - in another words jalan belakang to not follow the HDA standard SnP -

My big ? is can we report this to KPKT - this again make me think 2x - let it be, let it be... all the guy here is smart enough to think for your self,

Nothing is Free... the word is "provided" -  2 carpark with cost.
