Hi guys,

Its a very long thread to read about Z Residence indeed smile.gif

But before reading this thread, I have made my purchase @ Block B 11A facing Garden and able to c lil bit of pool view...This price around RM450k, This is my 1st property smile.gif

At 1st i wanted to get the 24th floor below the Sky Lounge but it is price @ RM460k+ ,the downside is additional RM13k and facing just the garden, then the SA told me there is 1 who didnt promise to pay on that day Booking fee and she released it to me.. Lucky me..

This is a very useful thread and many good contributors from the sifu here especially UFO..smile.gif

I think this is a good place and price are reasonably good for a "CONDO". Residence 8 now priced @ RM500k minimum, others sold out. And Parklane around RM330k, and I even went to check Damansara Avenue for 969 sq ft, estimate about RM580k....

So i believe for a condo like ZR, especially with a nice concept of floating garden, infinity pool, Sky lounge, FREEHOLD and a Bukit Jalil Address is good to own smile.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

ZR is the bestest in that area - the only gem surrounded by leaseholds.

i just checked with SA today, the carpark is not 100% will be tandem, she said have to wait for consultant etc etc.

I have no problem with my SA, she's friendly and helpful and she's admin there too, look for Katie. If i were you, I will lodge a complain to the Manager in charge there. 1 admin girl there doesn't represent the whole image of Trinity Group...

hehe...that time i asked whether got anyone release it or loan was rejected...so SA gave me this unit if not, it will be below the sky lounge....

You should wait for the BLOCK C next mth, since they are releasing it soon..
