if invest, i rather take this for eg RM600k+ dynasty = abt 3 units Amara = paper gain = RM100k+- in ONLY 1.5months....
if u buy for own stay... pls bear in mind... tis property might most probably stick with u at least 5-10 years, (monthly burden - commitment)
rm600k will cap u at loan limit and hardly to get 2nd good property... most probably bank will loan u after 150k-200k loan after tis take rm600k+ dynasty...
but nvm la,, u rich... can just BBB watever u like....ppl like me small potato only need to consider this and that...
