Hi all bro and sis,
I am looking for a unit at at Alam Impian Spira unit for own stay. Anybody want to let go the unit and pleas offer me a price. My budget is below RM600k. Today I went the TTDI Naza Sales office and there are some remaining unit for Aquina and Sephira which the minimum selling price at RM700k which out of my budget. Wait for your good news.  |

Today called the sales agent and asking about the facilities in the club house (future) and the sales agent told me that the clubhouse facilities MIGHT NOT be applicable for SPIRA resident used, is it true?
