Hi all bro and sis,

I am looking for a unit at at Alam Impian Spira unit for own stay. Anybody want to let go the unit and pleas offer me a price. My budget is below RM600k.

Today I went the TTDI Naza Sales office and there are some remaining unit for Aquina and Sephira which the minimum selling price at RM700k which out of my budget.

Hi Boy1909, I also visited the sales office 2 days ago and now I am considering the unit at Sephira, Aquina and sub-sales unit at Spira.

Sephira (24 x 80) = RM727k intermediate unit
Aquina (24 x 80) = RM758k intermediate unit
Spira (24 x 75) = RM690k intermediate unit

Guy, any idea which unit shall I go for it? I am looking for a unit for own stay as well as investment.

Personally I like Spira as it's ready to move in condition where I can rent out my current apartment for some monthly installment. However for new construction unit, need to wait for another 2 years even the built up is bigger. rclxub.gif

Today called the sales agent and asking about the facilities in the club house (future) and the sales agent told me that the clubhouse facilities MIGHT NOT be applicable for SPIRA resident used, is it true?

Wow so low only the valuation for 24x75. The calling price for this unit at least RM680k. Wonder how to afford to buy it with the valuation of 600k.

Wow..in deed it's a good deal man...your agent really SUPERB..mind to pm me his/her contact so that ask him/her to look for one unit there.I'm actually looking around and quite interested with the unit 24x75 but the agent calling price is RM680k. The most maybe can go further another 10k (I guess)...me and my wife still struggling to make the decision.....pls help : (
