It's guarded only,no gated.but with rm761k,where else u can find such a huge landed development in klang valley?there will be 2 more phases of super linked coming up after pentas 2.then this yr launching for i&p alam impian stop.next yr will back to normal land area,ie.22x75..by that time,the premium would be even higher in terms of psf...alam impian is the nearest township dev aftr kk & ku,look at those sub sales asking price in kk & ku,u'll c the potential in ai..no matter naza or i&p,grab it 1st..
