Dear all gurus of TTDI Alam Impian,
Need to get some info from you guys. I went to Naza office to see the Aquina launch. I saw most of it been booked axcept the row of houses opposite the water tank is empty. Wandering why the whole row is not taken. any catch at that area? Please guide me as i might book a unit soon. |

QUOTE(sheong80 @ Oct 1 2011, 12:21 AM) Hi Boy1909, I also visited the sales office 2 days ago and now I am considering the unit at Sephira, Aquina and sub-sales unit at Spira. Dear Naing,Sephira (24 x 80) = RM727k intermediate unit Aquina (24 x 80) = RM758k intermediate unit Spira (24 x 75) = RM690k intermediate unit Guy, any idea which unit shall I go for it? I am looking for a unit for own stay as well as investment. Personally I like Spira as it's ready to move in condition where I can rent out my current apartment for some monthly installment. However for new construction unit, need to wait for another 2 years even the built up is bigger. Yea Aquina design is beautiful but my worries is why the row next to main road facing water tank is empty. Any catch with that row? BTW i hope this is a mix race residential as i luv to be in mix race. |

Dear all AI TTDI gurus,
I saw the perimeter fencing is just around 6 feet high. Is it safe enough? Why cant all the resident request for brick wall perimeter? |

QUOTE(anti_gaara @ Oct 20 2011, 05:13 PM) Our HV cable is at least 200m away from Naza AI houses (measured from google earth). And i think its 11kV cables. So base on the chart, we are still safe. Besides, household electrical items also not safe. Im not a right person to judge but i think no issue with it. |
