Good location? I'm not too sure about it. It seems very far from the city center KL. Nearest is to Subang, Shah Alam, and then Klang.
Selling point would be its built-then-sell.

Kemuning Utama/Kota Kemuning is just about 3km away from Alam Impian via LKSA highway. pricing around 400k+ for 22x75ft terraces.

What do you guys think about the development around these Shah Alam areas? Seems like a lot of PJ younger generations moving there.

Just went to check out TTDI Alam Impian yesterday. Seems like need to pay RM0.60 toll whenever you get in or get out of Alam Impian.
I&P's development is closer to the exit of Alam Impian and TTDI's is a bit further away (around 2km after the 1st roundabout, turning 3 o'clock direction).

I'm not too sure if this is a good investment as the new upcoming township, but for people who preferred to be away from the city, it would be a good choice. No offense to buyers who have bought their properties there though.

anyhow, good luck to those who have purchase the spira. smoke aside, it's a good buy.

I would say I&P houses are better in terms of design and location within the Alam Impian township.
I still can see there are some semi-ds selling at around 1 mio+ in I&P Alam Impian.

For those who are interested in Alam Impian (and do not mind about the RM0.60 toll going in and coming out of Alam Impian), can consider I&P development instead of TTDI. Just my 2 cents~

If these exit points roads are well-repaired, it would be better.
I saw the Sungai Kandis exit next to Spira. Hmm... seems like "Jalan batu-bata" (not proper road).

Interesting... the website said "Where everything is A STONE's THROW away"... it's far lehh...

Well, like one of the forumers said, Desa Park City, Puchong, Kinrara, etc. etc. were once considered "far-away", and now it's so close?? and so expensive!

Hmm... still not quite + about Alam Impian, anyway, good luck to purchasers and potential purchasers~ hope that you will gain some $$$ here~

I think the reason why ppl likes to buy from developer is:-
1) Get free legal fees, etc. etc, and you can save probably 5k.
2) Probably get 3% or 5% discount, then you save on 10%-x% upon SPA signing
3) Pyscologically, buying new house means first hand, and that you won't let others earn the first "bucket" of money from yourself... haha
4) 2 years construction buffer... which means you have 2 years ahead to plan/save before moving in there to stay.

It's very far away from KL city center, i.e. 30km...

Hmmm... AI mainly bumi ya? I'm considering a unit here but my main concerns are whether buyers mainly non bumi.

Pls dont get me wrong. I'm a dog lover, so would mostly breed a dog in my landed property. Just that the dog might be of disturbance to bumis~

Anyone has any idea about this piece of info?

Yeah... I think that I&P would probably be a better deal.
Bigger build-up, nearer to AI exit and also the common park area.

I am also wondering if Aquina is sold out? It's still buying mode at 700k+??
