Jln kebun has a few hardware shops all the way to tmn sentosa. Not difficult to drive n find them along the road.

The shop which is near 99 speedmart is well stocked and the daughters r helpful. The parents r not that friendly.

The lake is in a sorry state...

Motorbikes went into jogging track for fishing. Families went picnic littering like nobody's business.

Quite sad.

[attachmentid=2123735] Do u guys know why our water meter still not yet install? they told me that syabas not approve it because the water meter cannot put into house compound. I saw they move out the water meter paip for 1 of the house there.
*
It must be accessible coz SYABAS need to read the meter and also to lock it if there is outstanding payment. I didnt notice also the meter is in the house last time i went to visit the place...

But actually the original meter pipe area also accessible by syabas. it is open compartment without any door or locker. now it is looks quite ulgy after it moved out.

hmm.gif

I saw the same design in I&P Alam Impian... no problem also... some ppl even made a grille to cover the meter pipe.

Now no need to worry above meter theft coz it's replaced by "meter plastik"

Doing reno now or staying in the new house now? Anyone doing major reno like tearing walls and adding walls?  sweat.gif
*
General Renovation Guidelines:

1) If there is a wall, break it down
2) If there is no wall, erect one

Noted.. thumbup.gif

Eh just kidding lar... don't waste money doing unnecessary things. I always have this guideline in mind:

1) Does the addition/alteration/demolition "ADD VALUE" to the space or not?

Example: By removing the maid's room, I added extra space for kitchen, which is very good. (example only, for my house, not TTDI Spira)

2) Will it cause irreversible damage or risky?

Example: Breaking the existing column/beam/COB, waterproofing etc.

Maybe 20-30 min without jam. Follow federal highway, then E6 and E1 or LDP.

Wow.. So far away??
What about to Tropicana?
Is it G&G? All I see is 24 hour security...
*
QUOTE(jeghui @ Apr 1 2011, 04:38 PM)
without jam around 15 mins.

i think.
*
All the estimate above are too optimistic hmm.gif

From AI to Ara Damansara/Saujana via federal highway exit Jalan Subang Airport route is 20 mins without jam (tried & tested on work day & weekend).

Alternative: Federal Highway exit Jalan Subang/Bkt Jelutong Interchange, into Glenmarie (Persiaran Kerjaya) exit to Jalan Subang Airport

Then:

a) To Tropicana (Golf Club), add another 10mins without jam (via LRT Depot to Tunnel towards LDP) = Total from AI - Tropicana 30mins best

b) To BU/Damansara, add another 20mins (total AI - BU: 40mins best)

Normal speed, normal traffic. Try it & compare smile.gif

Why there are so call Director release units? They claim that Phase 2 are sold out but release the units one by one later (or few units by few units later).

imho, they want create to a kiasu atmosphere. SA always said this is the last few units, this is your last chance. But next week, there are another few units released.
*
nod.gif I agree.

Unscrupulous, but ppl still fall for it. Anyway, to some, it is still good bargain.

went to alam impian just now. Just nak ambil mood. Just realised that 012 line is very bad. It was not so bad when we were there for the show hse back then.
*
012 indoor is bad. u need to go outdoor.

coverage is bad & maxis will build a new tower there, but that was like 6 mths ago... now, still same.

Broadband also bad. EDGE most of the time, at times HSDPA for a while.

I am using DIGI but could only get EDGE most of the time. It's very slow comparing to Streamyx. I hope we could get fix line within weeks...sad.gif

How is DiGi reception in Spira? full bar?

Last time i was there Maxis will have HSDPA outdoor. Indoor is mostly EDGE.

U plan to use ur smartphone for teethering/WiFi hotspot?

80% paid for the queue..

*
shakehead.gif

WOW... how much is the queue worth?

Looking at the launching price, looks like DSL is breaching RM600k already and ppl still queuing up overnight & paying for queue? hmm.gif

I was at viola last time and gave up.... now same thing again... shocking.gif

All the best guys! icon_rolleyes.gif

Heard that I&P will be launching the new phase somewhere in June this year... indicative price for 25x85 starts from 7xxk. Price keep rising and it is definitely tough for young executive who just starts working... Are the housing industries in Klang Valley at the peak now?
*
To me, it is an unhealthy trend. However, ppl still grabbing it. Maybe it's just me, I wonder how ppl income rise to meet inflation n property price hike. It seems the developer r milking the cow too early? We barely see any shops now. So if the shops come up, DSL houses might reach 800k?

Well maybe its just me not earning enough lol...

I think, big developers have the ability to hold their houses for a long time in the case they cannot sell them; as such, the logical way is to keep increasing prices for every launch untill cannot sell anymore, then wait until market is bullish again. When the market is bullish, make as nuch profit is possible, then "hibernate".......

That being said, no way I agree with our current financial system ... it is very cruel where the rich get richer and the poor becomes poorer.... sad.gif

For me personally, I always dream for a true Islamic system .....

Now..if only I have the power to make the difference...  tongue.gif
*
That is capitalism... we have been subjected to this & basically this is how it turn out to be... so everyone must join in the rat race to keep up with it...

Those who failed to move up, get eliminated... which is what u refer to as "cruel"...
