Anyway, i've asked Bernard the manager at TTDI he said the club house will not built until next 3 years. Membership is sitll not decided as yet, so there are no free membership as of now.

Also, if you have noticed, the 2 years free GnG is actually 1 year only. only first phase of TTDI has 2 years free. subsequently, all phases should be only 1 year free of GnG. The lawyer drafted the paper for signature of acceptance (when u sign SPA) 2 years GnG took the wrong template on the day of launch Aquina, hence everyone signed the 2 years GnG.

That is ridiculously high.... that unit has the smallest built up in Spira in fact in all Alam Impian !!  There are many other choices with better value for money. but...there is always a willing buyer...   Maybe the owner has no loan with bank and don't mind to keep until a few years.
