I brought 2 cars to do the tinted and option for the best tints they have.. But they did a very poor job on my first car. Which has bubbles here and there.. Plus the back tint has some hair within the tint film.. But that is not serious.. As I thought there is warranty to fix it. The serious issue now is.. When I bring in my brand new Beetle that I just gotten 3 days ago to do the tint.. Which I option for the best one again.. After the tint job was done.. I notice there is many Major Scratches at the back bumper of my brand new beetle which i just did waxing and coating..!!!! Now I have to spend additional money to do the polishing on that area.. I SUGGEST TO ALL, IF YOUR CAR IS NEW AND HAVE A VERY NICE PAINT JOB.. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS SHOP EVER IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR.. YOU'LL TOTALLY REGRET!! I'll post up the picture later that my car is doing the polishing because of this tint shop!

Sometimes the problem starts from worksmanship. Just ain't good.

Firstly, not that u have any good points that's why I'm returning.. It's just an second chance thingy.. Everyone deserves one.. But too bad.. You guys screwed it.. I actually did told my friends to give this none branded and not so popular tinted shop a chance.. But after that day.. I just ask them to consider else way..

Secondly, yes my girl is emotionally yelling to you on the phone.. But put it this way.. You just got your spanking brand new car just 3 days.. Then went for the coating.. Which looks exceptionally good.. Which you paid the extra cost for it.. Then you went to this shop for tinting.. Thought it might look even better.. BUT... Huge disappointment.. At first we thought it was minor scratches.. But when we went to the polish shop.. And was asked by the guy.. "What the HELL did you do to your car?!" There were major scratches that light polishes just won't help..

Thirdly, yes you did agreed to pay for the repair fees.. After a long conversation.. And thinking we want to cheat your money? Come on.. Is it that way u think of your customer? It's not about the money.. Time is money.. And your time management really terrible.. Appointment 2pm.. Once reached, delay.. Till 3pm.. If I'm a walk in customer I understand.. You always have your customer to wait for you even after an set appointment time? If u can't just say so.. Don't say ok..

Anyhow, I'll see you on Monday with the receipt to claim from u.. It's just a mere $100.. Consider giving u a discount already.
