Hello all! I sent my car over CannyCool last Saturday. Had an appointment on 2pm, and they started to work on my car half and hour later (got another car before mine). She (Ms Canny) explained in details about her product and show some demo about different types of tint available. I decided to go with protech elite after reading many reviews here and also i dont mind paying extra for the features available (though im running out of budget this month ). All the staff are friendly, including Ms Canny. During the process of tinting my car (since im a very particular about attention to details), few tint didn't quite make it (didn't cut the tint according to the wind size), i ask her and her worker immediately repaired it. She is very calm and helpful whenever i ask her question regarding the tint. After i left the shop for less than 5 min, i realize that there is a small cut on the front windshield. I immediately get back to the shop and ask for Ms Canny's assistance. I insist on replacing the front tint (although the cut is very small, but nonetheless noticeable if look carefully) and she kindly oblige my request. But since there already several cars doing the tint, i had to wait for about and hour to get my turn. Had my lunch at kfc, then get back to the shop at 5.30pm. They straight away do the tint and i was there for about an hour. She even replaced one of the tint on my front left side screen although i didnt realized that the tint had a slight dent on it. Overall, im very satisfied with her service. Got a few bubble that still present on the side screen and hopefully it will be gone in few days time. Now my car has less heat even park under hot sun + with the added thickness of the tint, it boost a slight confidence when i left my car unattended. Thanks Ms Canny and the crew!

Btw, one of your worker left a yellow applicator inside my car. I'll return it back when i got time. lol
