my car using Pro-Tech Elite security film, date install 14/8/2010, invoice No: 10176

Today someone break my car window (back left)
and take my beg (office document inside)
i dunno how he can break window glass with 6-7 mil tinted wit a second.

in open car park, on rainy day, he do it less in a minute, (as witness say)

do you product have warranty on this?
Tomorrow or Saturday in will change my car window
is it possible to do double tinted on security film? (7mil + 7mil = 14 mil)

Brother,have u lodged a police report on this?besides taking down the picture?

Any evidence to show that the culprit used stick /helmet to break it?or even a pen knife??film is 'shatter proof' but if culprit uses a knife to cut then it's sometimes out of control...

Anyway as promised,will do a 100% FOC replacement for u,do come back to me for an appointment,please do wait for at least 3 days for things to settle down before u
