i realise most ppl jump to learn protoss first rather than other class despite had better experience.. just because their voice r damm yeng? and models are great?
imo zerg look disgusting, lack of eye-candy wow factor :/ first time i touch protoss campaign also my hair stood up.. very yeng!!

even for my 5 placement matches...3 are toss 1 terran 1 zerg

and 1 probe can warp in multi buildings at a time is very convenient

IMO, why there are a lot of protoss is cuz
- much easier to macro, you can warp units and continue attack
- they are generally much tougher, with (fast) regenerating shields, its something like the orcs in warcraft 3
- require less multitasking, unlike zerg which needs to get queen spawn larva, select larva make unit, micro zergling run around, balance between drone and army count.
- they look cooler

Just my two cents..

i would disagree on macro...
u cant queue up units with warpgates during battles and rally em over unlike the other 2 races...
not to mention the chrono boosting short time unlike muledrops that requires more apm...
besides that, they cost much more supplies which require good supply management especially the spikes when u warp in units...

i would agree that zerg would be the hardest due to the queen spawn larvae + creep spreading...

lol every class should have pros n cons.. i dont think the sole factor ppl choose protoss over other is because probe can warp buildings and move away like many ppl here saying xP.. but for myself i really fell in love with their voice.. its something not common we hear, correct? and their melee warriors wtih glittering colorful blades r cool too.

to me i chose toss is due to my gamestyle mainly...
i do play all 3 races but i am most comfortable with toss as a whole...

besides, me <3 carriers

Toss has all the things boys love. Aircraft carriers, motherships, lasers, assassins, teleporters....
Zerg has ? Eggs, roaches, flying crabs, earth worms, hot alien girl ( eh ? )

But still , Zerg is my preferred race. =PP
