Yesterday just fixed trd spoiler on my ride... Brake light was just okay . This morning, the brake light was out.. Is this fuse issue ?
the wiring i tap to the ori 3rd light connector which we plug in ..
i found out the 10 A fuse infront the bonet burnt out... i replace another 10 A .. the light works
Any suggestion what can i do ? Increase to 15 A will cause the wire melt(SMOKE)....
pls pm me and help me ^^
many thanks

What do you mean ? Using 15A fuse will melt ? Like that 10A fuse also will melt lo

yes... do as what UltraConductor_41 mentioned... dont increase fuse capacity yet until u know the wires can support it... burnt fuse is better than burnt wire...

for what i know the light is a set of red led light, right??? those led light wont consume much electricity that it doesn't increase the load of your brake light system...
in my opinion u better check the wiring, the wires along from the connector to the spoiler light... if no broken then check the led pcb inside... mayb got improper soldering or something which cause short circuit...

Increase ur fuse rating to 15A. Don't worry too much wire burnt. Even 25A fuse will burnt easily if short circuit.
Increase ur fuse rating just to check wether ur extra brake light consume enough current or not.
FYI..i changed to air horn, and after few horn, the fuse burnt. Change to higher rating fuse solved this problem.
Last but not least, wire can hold up to 100A, not a problem, fuse is for safely.
Update us what's ur solution~
