i think it is decent already for a non english speaking country........as long as its understandable. its the same for alot of non english speaking country like france, germany, italy, china and japan. ppl thought in advance country their general mastery of english is high but sadly its not.

i lived in switzerland for 1 year + and yeah.......culture shock. i cant survive wif solely english outside of tourist hotspot.
