I hand held all the time. Make sure that the lens hole covered the hole on the body. Or else light will enter and cause overexposure. biggrin.gif

Nope, didn't touch at all... I guess they need to set flash to Full to get pictures.

So how's it's like when you see into the viewfinder? Dark? Able to focus and compose pic or not?

I dunno which focal length to use lor... hmm.gif  What's yours?

Flash gun? or pop up one?
*
Pitch black on the view finder, thats why it needs a few tries...
I use 35mm or 45mm for best yet epic results.

Pop-up flash.

Guys, enlighten me please...
When not to use a hood and when to use a hood ?

Can I attach it permanently to the lens ? And use it at all conditions ?

I use hood under all conditions =), no harm actually. Protects your lens too.
*
I see, thanks.

QUOTE(seng87 @ Aug 31 2010, 05:36 PM)
It is best to attached the lens hood on when u want to shoot... It will stops the light which will spoils your pic from entering the sensor, in the other words, disallowed those light which will flares your pictures...
*
This one I know about it. Hood comes in handy when you're outdoors shooting and wanna avoid any flares.

So attaching it all the time won't harm or degrade IQ right ? Thanks all for the input. =]

Just leave it on all the time? I only take it off when shooting with ND or CPL filter.

Why need to take it off when shooting with ND and CPL ?
