Let me add some fun facts:
The Starleague and Proleague in Korea have higher viewership rating than K-League and K-Pro Baseball League. Korean baseball is one of the strongest team in the world, they finished 2nd in WBC losing to Japan in extra innings, and their football team is one of the best in Asia. Professional Starcraft > Football and Baseball. SKY Proleague Final 2005 hold the highest sporting event attendance record in South Korea. 100,000 people attended the finals, beating the 70,000 record previously held by baseball final. |
