I was told that 22uF, 33uF (normal N series) and 47uF are the most used. Recently I noticed alot of LOD manufacturers using 47uF caps on their LOD. Don't quote me on this though, it's just observation. There will be sound differences, that's where you should consult sifi Pcwork.

The thing is, where do you get WAV files? Suppose to rip them from original CDs through some method right?

like most of the RSA product ive tried with my ck100, it thickens the mids to the extend it change the sound signature of the ck100, which i find very disturbing but seriously it is good, the details... the separation is seriously good... but not to my likings...

on the other hand, stepdance brings the detail forward and got wide soundstage.... i mean the thing i look upmost because ck100 tend to be a bit compress with its forward and colorful mids.... stepdance instead forward all the details and widen the soundstage to make ck100 a different beast.... with flac and wav files... u noticed the differences like immediately eventhou yuheng said to burn it for another 100 hours to show its potential.... and i mean wow... total love for the stepdance for me now...

Well, let me get my targeted NEW and Symphonica-ed HD650 first, then yes, Hippo amp to drive. After Hippo amp, probably head to PPK, then Lavry. I'm already almost 1/4 of the way to HD650 already, and I have a used HD650 waiting to get back to me in the US (my best friend is currently using it, or rather, will be using it when it arrives at her place, and she'll have it until 2012, as stated in my earlier post). Bought the used unit because Head-fi guy was selling at decent price and in case I don't get a new one before Jaben's stocks are wiped out permanently, at least still got one; and spares are handy to have anyway.

Yups, Hippo amp drives Symphonica HD650 very well. Not too sure about how it fares with the stock cable though.
