He will learn like me-- bought the W1 and end up didn't use because it made little to no difference with my setup. >.< I figured it out fast though when I tried iBasso (can't remember which one exactly, think it was D2 Boa or something like that) with KSC75-- cepat lari tak tahan, sounded absolutely terrible to me.

@aztoiozalan: Right now you're getting a pretty good beginner-fi setup already. Don't bother rushing into amps at this stage, since most of what you have are IEMs that don't really need that much power to drive. Remember rule of thumb? After upgrading cans, upgrade SOURCE: if you're using laptop direct-out, chances are you're not getting the best out of your cans' potential-- garbage in garbage out, good cans will feed you crap if you give them crap to play. A DAC clears up signal noise-- I didn't realise that my laptop was quite noisy until I tried a DAC and got floored by the tiny details that suddenly popped up. Also for portable use you're using the Gumstick which has a good DAC chip in there, or at least a decent one, and a Class A amp built in, for crying out loud. Why do you need another portable amp for? Too many links in your chain creates signal noise which detracts from sound quality as it is. There's such a thing as overamping. If you're aiming for higher end cans and equipment, start thinking carefully about which direction you want to go and save and buy accordingly, instead of buying everything indiscriminately that crosses your path. It's your money to burn, but don't come crying when you run out of cash at a critical juncture.

if everything they sell at bundle price separately...
there would be items that have less demand...and the stock would move slowly...
and slow moving stocks are a no-no for business. cash flow is important.
