I bought this phone Couple of weeks ago as i am a big gamer and and LOVE gaming especially on mobile platform.Its Shocking how much gaming has evolved today.

On 2009 while im on my N82,i tried Ngage 2(nokia new gaming platform which completely blows)
1 game on the NGAGE2 platform costs around RM30 and the game isnt that great.i've personally spent RM190 on mobile games.
After the 2010 ngage Downfall(due to Hackers hacking games and distribute them freely),the multiplayer and purchasing of game seize.

this is the main reason i Walk away from nokia.
(im sworn i will never buy another nokia phone again! -unless they decide to make androids! then i'll consider)

Used the N82 until 2011.Then android start to appear.
I tried lots of Phones....From the HTC wildfire until Iphones.
Hack-em,Jailbreak-em,root-em....you name it i've done it all.
I 1st saw Xperia Play back in march(when i saw leaks of its photo)back then its codenamed ZEUS.
I never owned a PSP,Ps2,NGP...never.so controls are quite new to me.

Cutting to the phone itself,It was snappy.Seriously!Eventhough it has 1 processor,it really suprise me how fast it is(even on stock!)
time scape seems to improve quite drasticly.it dosent slow down the phone.infact i've been using it.

Games!

The main selling point of the phone it self.i can say....i've played a lot of android games before.but nothing...i mean nothing! beats having a dedicated control pad on the phone.Even if tegra 2 phones has better grafics but have fun enjoying your game when half your screen are covered by your fingers...hahahah.

The games are alright.i've tried all the top sellers....

BACKSTAB-Very good game with a lot of Fighting and a nice storyline to back-it-up.kinda a mix between Assasins creed and pirates of carabian.
                Voice overs are good too.not cheesy or weird.

ALPHALT6 -I've played other racing games but this one feels the most complete.im not talking bout the single player but the
                multiplayer.lastnight i've played against 6 ppl from dunno where.i got 3rd place and seems to have points when winning.Very 
                fun and addicting

Nova2      -Well this brings me back to HALO.very familiar(lots of gameloft games are copies of best sellers PC/console games-but i dont mind)
                V/o(voice overs),story line,weapons...everything works perfect especially with the touch sensitive analog pad.Need time to get used to 
                but once u mastedred it blasting enemy is easy.hahahah even the online multiplayer rocks!hahaha imagine playing 8 people on a small
                map...i got shoot at everytime i respawn.

Galaxyon  -this game is very addictive.once i get how to play it i cant stop.Grafics,V/o,sound effects and space dogfighting is Great!

Well that is some of the games i've played.lots of others like corby....guerilla bob....and all of the games that uses the Pads drasticly improves in the "FUN" and "WOW" factor.

The phones camera are decent but not great.i've shot nice pictures during day but night shots are not that great.
im suprised why sony erricson dint put 720p on this baby cause it definitely able to!the shooter for video is again good but not great.

another thing that bugs me is that there is no option to turn off the light sensor....so sometimes playing in direct sunlight bugs me as i cant see very clearly.(but then again how often you play in sunlight).

the back-cover too....its too gloosy....meaning you get fingerprints all over it...this can be fixed with a case or using thoose zagg invisible shild or idefence pro......

battery-wise...i am very happy because it last longer on stock.

Over all.....its a good phone for gamers and trust me...youre gonna be satisfied with it.
im currently waiting for custom ROMS on this baby....maybe we can get more battery life,that 720p recording,better expirience that sony left out.
