Carb deprivation is actually not really recommended, cutting carb intake will make you crave for it later, dangerous if you want to keep the smaller waistline. sweat.gif
Reduced to 1/4 portion for every meal is easier to maintain.

water retention? How how? Explain.

If really by water retention then less salt and glucose intake would reduce the tummy significantly.

No no, I meant; why is water retention concentrated in one particular area...  The tummy. Water retention is always with cells... and cells are everywhere... So.... I get my confusion? Am very tired. If not clear then I'll makes things clearer tomorrow.

What's the staff made of? Actual size? Ada pic? Cos I have a friend all propped up, just missing a nice staff.

Hmmm... She's asking bout the condition of item...

Added on August 16, 2010, 10:10 pmDear map... You sound like a klang girl...

biggrin.gif blur sotong is not that blur after all!

actually water retention is not just in the stomach but also at the ankles and uh... ask uncle google tongue.gif hahaha sorry, this is like the blind leading the blind cool2.gif
