should i get a samsung galaxy s or htc desire.... i like the htc sense interface but like the samsung galaxy s hardware....

i know... but i more familiar with the htc sense interface... i wonder SGS touch ui interface as good as (or better) than desire anot?

when i first test the htc desire ... i have the wow effect...

then later days i go test SGS, i dun have

maybe becoz i test desire 1st then only test SGS, but i see the hardware wise... SGS all out perform desire leh...

dunno hw to choose... anyway i going for maxis plan...

where can i get my hands on the SGS to try it out? I went to Samsung shop in Gardens and they don't have it...what a joke.. Samsung Malaysia epic fail. not much confidence in the warranty offered by Samsung Malaysia if this is their standard.

if u mean stereo AD2P, there r many brands out there which is working well.. try to avoid china brands since there is a noticable lag on playback n its hard to play games with it too.. me myself am using motorola motorokr s605.. bought at sg wang at 140.. very decent, cant say much since i guess there are better ones out there. But i must say that im quite happy with it.

there is a erm... missing of chip paint.. lol... should i still go ahead with it??

May I know what do you mean by "making a folder in the root of your sd"? Internal SD or external SD card?

Err, I got this working since day 1. Create a folder called Ringtones on your external microSD memory (/sdcard/sd/ringtones for me). Dump the mp3 inside there. You should be able to see the mp3 files as options when you set your ringtone (under Settings).
The same procedure probably works for the internal memory card too (/sdcard/ringtones for me), I think..

flashed JPC at first no wifi bug like u said. after a simple reboot i cant connect wifi. after second time flash, everything working again even after reboot.
