mazda 6 are push start also but they have no key...
u just need to put the sensor in you pocket n step on the break and just press the button...
it mean i go in any mazda 6 and push the button then i can drive the car away without the sensor?...

Too bad not many would care what features does a Mazda have, especially in this thread.

i dont know what the system called, but there's one system that eliminates the necessity for a key... using a card (RFID i think). the car will identify the card. if the card is matched, the car will unlock the door whenever the card is present, and the car will be able to start whenever the card is present... without the card, the car won't unlock, won't move...

and i think, if somehow your car is hijacked in front of you the car will turn itself off when the card is out of range...

If i'm not mistaken, BMW used one adapter to replace the key function. slot in the adapter and push start button.

facelift suzuki swift is not put start....
there are not using "steel", they are using "plastic" with sensor inside..
you still need to put the "plastic" key in the hole n turn it...
so it called keyless....not push start...

the car still can start if some1 steal your car by using their won "technology" to start the car without key and card....
but the car only can be drive for few meter only...then i car cant been start anymore...
my cousin get a case before few years back...
his car is suddenly in the middle of the road in his condo car park because the thief trying to steal the car but he failed....
Maybe few year later the technology become more advance...

Not really, my low class IS250 doesn't need key to start. Just press the push start button and you're good to go.

I don't know about a Ferrari though, never sat in one let alone start the engine but I would imagine them having better equipments at sky high prices...

Ferrari F430: Key in ignitor, When the display says Something like Race, then press start on the left of the steering wheel.

I saw it at Thistle Hotel, Johor last Saturday. Was going to Singapore for a holiday when I saw this car at the hotel. There's like 10 policeman and like 2 well decorated army personnel inside the hotel. I saw a old Alpina-based 7series also.

Most probably they always go 1u too . hahah
