Hi, i'm 159cm, weight 68kg (this is too much)!! arghh
Target: To Lose 15 kg in 3 months time (or more)
According to the personal trainer, i've too much fat and the body water level is below average.

I've decided to joined Fitness First for 3 months from dec 2010 onwards.
For the past few weeks, I went to gym everyday for 2 hours minimum (mainly on cardio). + sauna a15 minute after that +have been applying some body anti cellulite cream before and after workout. I'm planning to do that for the coming months as well. But I'm not sure cardio or group exercise (yoga, bodypump) help to loose fat?

For Food: morning/afternoon: eating normal (fried noodles, rice+dishes(fish, meat) ) before workout, drinking only protein (soya milk protein) after workout (usually i go to gym after 8pm). I usally sleep at 3am and wakes at 12pm. (get used to it already) Did drinking protein help to loose/gain weight?? I just wanna loose fat and weight only !!

I'm not sure whether i can lose weight with this much effort or not!! Please help!!Thanks

Not a pro to give instruction on what you should do or what not. But based on what you've described, your sleeping hours do not seem to balance properly. Sleep at 3am, wakes up at 12pm. you already skip your breakfast and straight away head for brunch. which I don't think its correct according to the proper diet plan. Just make sure you eat 3 times daily without fail (breakfast, lunch, dinner). and also sleeping according to proper timing will help to shape your health much better. No? Yes? Probably other sifus can add on.

1k calories of carb not same as 1k calories of protein..
for me ..the answer is NO.. it's starving

Question. Doesn't that add up to your total calories intake?
Say you take 500 of carb and 1k or calories add up to 1500. Still within the 'appropriate' calories intake, no?

Don't flame me, just need a proper guidance on what we should take/what not. I hope other forumers can help out with this.

p.s: i've been cutting alot of rice/bread to avoid carbs lately. some told me to hit more on protein.hmmm

Here, we stress about quality of the food.
slow digest carb doesn't same as fast digest.
go figure about it.

you still need protein/fat . it need for other purpose for body. and sometimes they miscalculation about the real figure. Hence, create more calories than require
Losing weight (fat) is long term journey.. so try and error what is suitable for your body.

you still can take carb, but watch out what u eat..

If you eat a typical Malaysian breakfast, you're gonna look like a typical Malaysian.
